To save your new color bar or to modify or use
another color bar, bring up the Color Scale dialogue
box by double-clicking the value portion of the color bar or click
the Color Scale tool button.
To create a monochromatic gradational color bar,
click the Minimum and Maximum buttons
to set the colors for minimum and maximum values;
To use another saved color spectrum, click Load
from file and choose among the colors in the Color folder
in the DISurf directory, or choose your own saved color bar by
selecting it from whatver folder you have it saved to.
To save your new color bar, click Save
to File and select a folder and a name under which to
save the color file.
Among the other things you can do within this
dialogue box is:
Set number of colors. Maximum is 239;
Adjust the contour levels by clicking the Values
button (good for creating non-linear contours);
Set the Up and Down (top and bottom)
margins relative to the window height;
Set minimum and maximum values for fixed-value comparisons.
